Last updated: November 30, 2025 — These terms govern use of PrintX services including account use, uploads, orders and payments.

Overview

PrintX provides online printing, finishing and delivery services. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account, upload files, place print orders and use the PrintX website and mobile apps.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using PrintX, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account, registration and security

When you register, provide accurate contact information and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account responsibilities

  • Keep your password secure and do not share access.
  • All actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
  • We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices displayed when you request a bill are based on the selected options (paper, color, copies), estimated page counts and delivery method. Taxes and delivery fees may apply.

Payment and confirmation

  • Payment is required to confirm most orders. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • If payment authorization fails we may cancel the order.
  • Receipts and order confirmations are emailed to the account email address.

4. File requirements and content

To help ensure a successful print job, follow the file guidelines:

  • Preferred format: PDF. Ensure fonts are embedded and images are at least 300 DPI for photo-quality prints.
  • Supply correct page orientation and crop marks where required.
  • Do not upload files that infringe third-party rights or violate our Acceptable Use policies.

5. Cancellations and modifications

You may cancel or modify orders if the job has not entered production. Contact support as soon as possible. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

How to cancel

  1. Open the order in your account and click Cancel (if available).
  2. If Cancel is not available, contact support with your order ID immediately.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting content you grant PrintX the limited right to use the files to provide the services (print, process, store temporarily for fulfilment and delivery).

7. Liability and disclaimers

While we aim for high quality, print production can occasionally produce defects. Our liability for any issue is limited to the remedies described in our Refund Policy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PrintX operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be posted with notice. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
