To place a print order: upload a PDF, select pages and print options (paper, color, copies), click Get Bill to preview pricing and job breakdown, then Confirm and complete payment.

Frequently asked questions
Q: I didn't receive an OTP / verification email
A: Check your spam folder and ensure the email is correct. If not received, request a new OTP or contact support with your account email and approximate time of the request.
Q: Preview is blank or not loading
A: Try reloading the page. Very large PDFs or many pages may take longer to render. If the problem persists, try an alternate browser or send the file to support for manual inspection.
Q: My upload failed
A: Verify the file is a valid PDF and within size limits. If your file is large, consider compressing images or splitting it into smaller files.
Troubleshooting
- Clear browser cache or try an incognito window.
- Try a different browser or device if previews fail repeatedly.
- If payment fails, confirm card details, ensure 3D-Secure is allowed, or contact your bank.
- For persistent preview issues, download the file locally and try opening it with a PDF reader to confirm file integrity.
